• Changing of the Guard

    The Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace is on most to see lists in London. Unfortunately, we did not get there early enough and saw nothing. This is a free event but you need to get there very early to get a good spot. We arrived about half an hour before it started and the only pictures I got were with my camera high above my head. The Changing of the Guard, also known as ‘Guard Mounting,’ has been occurring since 1660.   • Moron

    The city of Moron in Cuba was my favourite stop on the Jeep tour. The decaying architecture, the bright colours and expressive people showed a side of the country we didn’t experience on our island. It would have been nicer to be in a bigger group while walking around the city in order to explore more comfortably but we did try to fit in as much as possible. I love taking street shots and doing it in a foreign country with a different way of life was incredible. Everything about this stop was wonderful and only made me want to go out more back in Vancouver.
